Are you a referee who is interested in signing up to work competitive or recreational league games or tournaments? Follow these instructions.
Have you previously worked games for any PTW event? If yes, you probably have an active gameofficials.net account – DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE, request your USERNAME and TEMPORARY PASSWORD FROM PTW if you are unsure what your login is. If you have NOT worked for PTW previously go to the second set of instructions below for new referees...
Existing Referees – if you have received your User Name and Password from PTW, follow these steps…
· Log In, and follow the screen prompts.
· Update ALL of your personal information on the MyInfo tab
· View the Cell/Pager/Email Notices - check your preference for game notification, this is where you can set up to receive text messages alerts in addition to the standard emails.
· Note: most officials prefer to receive notices by batch, instead of one per game. Opting for batch will reduce the number of notices you will receive.
· After completing your information update - start updating your availability. Referees are assumed to be "unavailable" until you post your availability. You can post availability for ANY day of the year NOW, and maintain it when you have changes.
Newly certified referee or new to working games for PTW?
1) New referees click here to request the PTW Group Number and Access Code to set up your account.
3) Click the New Official? tab on the left menu
4) Enter the group number and code provided by PTW to log in and create your account.
5) You are off and running – update your personal contact information, click My Availability and post dates/times when you can work, My Preferences is the section where you can enter any conflict you have (ie: what team you play for).
