Statement of Committee Purpose: To align the Colorado Fusion Soccer Club with the principles and practices of the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Objectives:
- To develop a strategy for the implementation of Positive Coaching Alliance principles in our club that enables the entire Fusion community--management, coaches, parents and players -- to understand and embrace the PCA philosophy and implement its positive behaviors.
- To identify specific measures that can be taken, to prioritize of those measures, and to prepare implementation plan of action.
